When will my order arrive?
Standard orders are delivered in approximately 4–9 business days from when you order (this includes packing in Geelong and Australia Post transit). You'll receive tracking by email as soon as it leaves us.
Where do you deliver?
Australia-wide, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and regional areas.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email us and we'll send return instructions. For hygiene reasons, used silk pillowcases can't be returned.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is processed over an encrypted connection and we never store your card details.
